I have seen a lot of care workers dodging work some are very good and give you a hand with everything you want done when some are at break you can't get another thing done.

I would like to praise "Mikala James" for all her help.
She shows a promising patient care attitude towards all patients.
"Makala James" is a credit to your dept and to the NHS which i do not take for granted.
She has tried to make me feel a lot better in myself.
Has a beautiful welcome smile.
Never moaned once.
All to happy to help out patients including a test unto me.

I am diabetic patient and they know exactly how to look after my diabetes. Fantastic and lovely team they all are. All are excellent.

Care and attention was pretty good.
By the nature of the lace sleeping was difficult.
Eye masks and ear plugs perhaps:
Difficult to get cups of tea.
2 per day insufficient IMHO.
Exit process a bit slow.
Knowing what staff need to know upfront would be based out of whenever I feed - asking 5 years later for tied times was a challenge.
All in all though, a good experience (AMU!) given the circumstances.
